That’s why I developed the Still Kids curriculum – to give children tools to calm their bodies, breathe, and regulate their emotions, through mindful movement and gentle physical activity.

About Me
Julie Grossman, MBA, RCYT
I am an early childhood educator, Master’s student in Education with an Emphasis in Trauma and Resilience in Educational Settings, music and movement instructor, and Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher from the Trauma-Informed Yoga Psychology School. I currently work as a lead teacher with preschoolers. Prior to pursuing my Master’s in Education at Concordia, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Theater Arts. I am an award-winning singer-songwriter and poet published in collaboration with the League of Minnesota Poets, and love to incorporate music and rhyme into my teaching. I am currently in the process of publishing my first children’s book, Domingo Flamingo. A devout Catholic, I volunteer teaching children at my parish. I reside in Saint Paul with my husband, young son, and yorkie.
